Delivery Timeframe
After your order is fulfilled, usually within 3 days, it is dispatched for shipping. Delivery is typically expected to take 5-7 days anywhere within the US, although this can vary based on your location and any unexpected delays. We are committed to ensuring the prompt delivery of your orders.
Address Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot alter the delivery address once an order is placed. To avoid any delivery issues, please ensure that the correct address is provided at checkout. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist with any other order-related concerns you might have.
Tracking Updates
Once the order is fullfilled(usually 3 days), we will email you with the tracking number. If there is no change in the tracking status of your order after 5 days, please contact our customer support. Unattended Deliveries
In instances where you are not available to receive your delivery, a notification card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your package, either from a local collection point or to arrange for a redelivery.

Shipping Fees for Canvas
All canvas sizes 40' x 20' inches and below have no shipping fee. However, for canvases larger than 40 inches, there will be a shipping fee for transferring large items via a dedicated delivery vehicle.
For canvas sizes ranging from over 40 inches to 90 inches in length, the initial shipping cost is set at $150 and depending on location. The increased rate is because traditional shipping carriers are not equipped to transport parcels of this size, requiring dedicated truck delivery. This approach ensures that your canvas is delivered with careful handling and arrives undamaged and in prime condition.

Canvases are securely packaged and shipped with care to prevent damage from falls, drops, dents, and other potential mishaps.
