Address Changes

Once the order is fullfilled(usually 3 days), we will email you with the tracking number. If there is no change in the tracking status of your order after 5 days, please contact our customer support. Unattended Deliveries

In instances where you are not available to receive your delivery, a notification card will be left with instructions on how to retrieve your package, either from a local collection point or to arrange for a redelivery.

Shipping Fees for Canvas

All canvas sizes 40' x 20' and below have a fixed $8.99 shipping fee. However, if your order total is more than $150, shipping will be free.

For canvas sizes ranging from over 40 inches to 90 inches in length, the initial shipping cost is set at $150. The increased rate is because traditional shipping carriers are not equipped to transport parcels of this size, requiring dedicated truck delivery. This approach ensures that your canvas is delivered with careful handling and arrives undamaged and in prime condition.

Canvases are securely packaged and shipped with care to prevent damage from falls, drops, dents, and other potential mishaps.
