1) Non-Refundable Products


At Chinese Decors, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, it's important to note that due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.


Our process involves significant investment in resources to create a canvas print that is specially tailored for you. Each print is unique and made-to-order, rendering it not resellable. This is why we must adhere strictly to our no-refund policy. We do accept returns for products that arrive damaged or chipped, except in cases where the damage is intentionally inflicted by the customer.


2) Return Requirements


Within 30 Days - You must return your product within 30 days of the product being shipped. Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 7 days of receiving your return label.


Includes original packaging and product in condition received - Returned products must be in all of their original packaging, and in the condition they were received. Returns are subject to validation by Chinese Decors. We reserve the right to reject returns if the product does not meet these conditions.


Exclusions for Intentionally Damaged Products - Products that are intentionally damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or refund. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery. Any attempt to return a product that is found to be intentionally damaged will result in the return being rejected.


3) Custom Prints and Image Quality


High-Quality Standards - Every canvas is printed with the highest ink quality, and our images are of the highest resolution possible to ensure premium product quality.


Customer Responsibility for Custom Prints - If you request a custom print using your own image or design, you are responsible for providing an image in the highest resolution possible. We are not responsible if the product's resolution is lower than expected due to the provided image quality. In such cases, returns or refunds will not be entertained.


4) Instructions for Returning Products


  1. 1. Email your request to info@chinesedecors.com with the title “RETURN REQUEST,” including photographic evidence of the damage or chip.
  2. 2. Upon approval, we will email you a return label. Print out the return label and securely attach it to a suitable shipping carton.
  3. 3. Drop the package off at the shipping carrier's closest location.

Once we inspect and approve the returned product, we will send out a replacement for the damaged product. Refunds are not provided due to the nature of our business.

5) Purchase Agreement


These terms apply to the purchase of Chinese Decors products. By placing an order, you accept and agree to these terms, acknowledging that only returns for non-intentionally damaged or chipped products are accepted, and understanding the specific conditions related to custom print orders.
